Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember information about your visit, such as whether you are logged in.

2. Cookies We Use

Lifeshed Realtors uses a minimal set of cookies, strictly limited to what is needed to run the website and portal securely:

Cookie	Purpose	Duration
Session cookie (PHPSESSID)	Keeps you securely signed in while you use the tenant, landlord, staff or admin portal, and remembers form state where needed.	Expires when you close your browser or log out

This is a strictly necessary, "session" cookie — the Site cannot keep you logged in without it, so it is not subject to a cookie consent banner under standard practice, as it is essential to the service you have requested (signing in).

3. No Third-Party Advertising or Tracking Cookies

We do not currently use third-party advertising, analytics or social-media tracking cookies on this website. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent before such cookies are set.

4. Externally Hosted Resources

Some fonts and icon assets on this Site are loaded from third-party content delivery networks (such as Google Fonts and Cloudflare CDN) purely to display the page correctly. These providers may receive your IP address as a normal part of serving that file, but no advertising cookie is set by them through our Site.

5. Managing Cookies

Most web browsers let you view, manage, delete and block cookies through their settings. Please note that blocking the session cookie will prevent you from staying signed in to the portal.

You can also change which optional cookie categories you've allowed on this site at any time: Manage Cookie Preferences.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised. See also our Privacy Policy.
