1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lifeshed Realtors Limited website (lifeshedrealtors.co.ke) and any related tenant, landlord or staff portal (together, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes — for example, to browse property listings, make genuine inquiries, submit booking or viewing requests, or manage an account you have been granted access to. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, data or part of the Site that is not intended for you, or use the Site in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.

3. Property Listings

We make reasonable efforts to keep property listings accurate and up to date. However, availability, pricing, features and other details of listed properties are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed. A listing being visible on the Site does not guarantee that the property is still available.

4. Booking Requests Are Inquiries, Not Reservations

Submitting a booking, viewing or inquiry form through the Site is a request for information or a viewing — it is not a binding reservation, tenancy agreement, or guarantee of availability. A booking is only confirmed once a member of Lifeshed Realtors staff has reviewed the request and communicated confirmation to you directly (by phone, email or in writing). We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

5. User Accounts

Certain areas of the Site are restricted to tenants, landlords, staff or administrators with a registered account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Lifeshed Realtors Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifeshed Realtors Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
